How we handle information on this site.

Who we are

Katana Tech Solutions LLC (“Katana,” “we,” “us”) is based in Kings Park, New York. Katana is a DW Growth and Capital company. We build AI and data systems: Katana Business, Katana Switch, and Katana Personal.

What this site collects

If you only browse, we do not ask you to create an account. Pages may be served by our hosting provider, which can process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested in order to deliver the site.

If you write to us, you choose to send:

• Contact form: name, email, optional company, optional product interest, message, and whether you also want the Katana Business pilot list.
• Pilot, early access, and demo forms: email, and which product the form is for (Business, Personal, or Katana Switch).

We use that information to reply, to keep a waitlist, and to operate this website. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to run ads.

Where it goes

Submissions are emailed to our operations inbox so we can see them. Copies may also be written on the server that handles the form, which is not a long-term customer database. Our site is hosted by Vercel. Notification email is sent through Google (Gmail). Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts.

Those providers process data on our behalf so the site and mail can run. Their own policies apply to their services.

Katana products vs this website

This policy is about the marketing site. Product software may keep data differently:

• Katana Personal is built so your day stays on the device until you decide to share something. Requesting early access on this site only sends us the email you type — not your tasks, health, or journal.
• Katana Business and Katana Switch are not public products on this site. A pilot or translation engagement would be covered by a separate conversation and, if needed, a separate agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and waitlist details as long as we need them to respond, run a pilot list, or meet a legal obligation, then we delete or archive them. You can ask us to remove your email from the list.

Your choices

You can email us through the contact form to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us on this site. If you are in a place with extra privacy rights (including the EEA, UK, or certain U.S. states), you can also use that form to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

Children

This site is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use HTTPS and limit who can see inbound mail. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive health or financial files through these forms.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after that date means the new policy applies to later visits.
