This site is operated by Katana Tech Solutions LLC, Kings Park, New York. Katana is a DW Growth and Capital company. “Katana” on this site refers to that company and the products described here.

What this site is

The site describes our work and lets you contact us. Product status on the pages is the status that matters:

• Katana Business is accepting pilot conversations. Joining the list is a request, not admission.
• Katana Switch is coming soon. A demo on this site is a walkthrough, not public signup.
• Katana Personal is in early access. Requesting access does not guarantee a seat or a launch date.

Nothing on the site is an offer to sell software to the general public, investment advice, or a warranty that a feature will ship in a particular form.

Your use of the site

You may browse and contact us for a lawful purpose. You may not probe, overload, or try to break the site; scrape it in a way that harms the service; submit malware or deceptive content; or pretend to be someone else.

Demo videos, screenshots, and copy on this site are for illustration. They may include test data. They are not a live instance of the product for you to use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Katana Tech Solutions LLC and DW Growth and Capital are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for claims related to the site is limited to fifty U.S. dollars ($50). Some places do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

This cap is about the public website. A future pilot or customer contract can set different terms for that work.

Indemnity

You will defend and hold us harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Suffolk County, New York, or the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
